Ray Welfare Trust
Ray Welfare Trust was formed in the year 1999 with the sole objectives to take up the development activities / Awareness Programs in urban / rural areas. Trust gave emphasis to work in rural / urban areas for the benefit of the target community in India.
Ray Welfare Trust has received the award from Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil for best NGO working for poverty alleviation and women empowerment issues on 14th August 2009 at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi. This award was presented by the Government of Delhi on the performance of an important ongoing project Mission Convergence.
Our main projects are:
- Urban Elementary Education (UEE) Mission, Trilokpuri, East Delhi
- Mid Day Meal (MDM) - North-West Delhi
- Yamuna Action Plan – II (YAP-II) – Karnal, Yamunanagar (Haryana) Mathura, Vrindavan (Uttar Pradesh) and many more...
