EMPLOYMENT LINKED SKILL TRAINING PROGRAMME (ELSTP)

Ray Welfare Trust is implementing ELSTP under RSLDC in the districts of Alwar & Sawai Madhopur where we train youth in the age-group of 18-35 years in Electronics. We also have tie ups with Industries which provide employment to these beneficiaries. Every three months, we train approx. 180 candidates from both the ditricts. The centres are residential in nature where accommodation is provided to enrolled candidates for the period of training.
