This project was concluded in 2006. Trust operated 35 learning centres in Trilokpuri area of East Delhi. More than 7000 Children from weaker section had been benefited through this project, who never reached to the schools for education due to their family’s financial problem or their social condition.
Slum children those never visited to the school or dropped out from the school were surveyed door-to-door by our devoted volunteers and staff members. The guardian/ parents of those children were motivated to bring them to the learning centres for enrollment.
The attendance at the learning centres has always been above satisfaction of the Nodal officers. Along with this Trust has always proven its significance in the field of literacy to the out of school children.
Trust received Grade ‘A’ from Govt. of NCT of Delhi among the organizations working for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in Delhi.
